Found in 4.0.0.12927

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached MXML file using the sample Arcade theme.

Actual Results:
ComboBox label is very difficult to read.

Expected Results:
Better contrast

Workaround (if any):
Custom skin the custom skin.
