Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Build and run the attached app
2. Click the button labeled "With setLayoutBoundsSize"
3. Compare the text in the two RichText boxes

Actual Results:
Text on the left only gains 1 line of text despite having enough room to display much more.

Expected Results:
Text on the left matches text on the right.
