Description

Steps to reproduce:
The default value of property "timeOfDay" of the Class "DateBase" should be ["ap.","bp."] with local fi_FI.

Actual Results:
The default value of property "timeOfDay" of the Class "DateBase" is ["am", "pm"] with local zh_CN now.

Expected Results:
The default value of property "timeOfDay" of the Class "DateBase" should be ["ap.","bp."] with local fi_FI.
