Steps to reproduce:
The default negative Number formater should format -1.234,57 to -1.234,57 with local pt_BR.

Actual Results:
The default negative Number formater format -1.234,57 to (1.234,57).

Expected Results:
The default negative Number formater should format -1.234,57 to -1.234,57.

Notes:
This bug hanppening because resolved the bug SDK-23963.
The default negative Currency formater should format -1.234,57 to (R$1.234,57), but the default negative Number formater should format -1.234,57 to -1.234,57.
