Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Populate a list or numeric stepper
2. Navigate down the list using Keyboard down key
3. On operating system Windows Vista or 7 in browser Fire Fox 3.5

Actual Results:

Jumps 2 results at a time.

Expected Results:

Select sequential results, one at a time.
