Description

See attached files, scaling an Application of size 850x400 to 1000% (scaleX/Y = 10) will work fine
However, simply increasing the component size to 850x400.5 causes the content within it to disappear.

Tested against 3.1.0, 3.4.0 and 4.0.0.7219 SDKs, and Flash Player 10.0.32.18 and 9.0.246

This also occurs on many other sized canvases, it's not specific to fractional units.
