[FLEX-22106] [CTFXG 2475166] the old default font of Times is used for unknown fonts

Description

The default font was changed from Times to Arial, but if an FXG supplies an unknown font, it seems to go to Times. It would seem it should go to Arial instead.

I've attached an example FXG and the resulting SWF output.
