Steps to reproduce:
The default value of property "dateFormat" of the Class "DateFormatter, DateValidator and DateField" should be "DD.MM.YYYY" with local ru_RU.

Actual Results:
The default value of property "dateFormat" of the Class "DateFormatter, DateValidator and DateField" is "MM/DD/YYYY" now.

Expected Results:
The default value of property "dateFormat" of the Class "DateFormatter, DateValidator and DateField" should be "DD.MM.YYYY".
