Steps to reproduce:
1. Unzip, compile, and run attached SkinFlicker.zip project

Actual Results:

The track of the vertical scroll bar flickers between the up and disabled states

Expected Results:

The track should stay in the normal state.

Workaround (if any):

In the vertical track component in the FLA file put a stop(); command on each state.
