Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached SWF or compile and run the attached MXML file with the following compile option: -theme=${sdk.dir}/frameworks/themes/Wireframe/wireframe.swc
2. Drag and hold the Slider thumb

Actual Results:
dataTip should be shown

Expected Results:
No dataTip. If you repeat this test and compile without the wireframe option, the dataTip will be there
