Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.login to Solaris 10 10/8(Update6) via JDS
2.start csh shell
3.set environment variable
setenv LANG ja_jp.UTR-8
4.Open the sample swf via firefox3.5.2 FlashPlayer10
5.Input Japanese characters

Actual Results:
Garbabled characters are displayed

Expected Results:
Japanese characters are not gababled when using JDS
