Steps to reproduce:
The default value of property "formatString" of Class "mx.formatters.PhoneFormatter" should be "(##) #### ####" with local it_IT.

Actual Results:
The default value of property "formatString" of Class "mx.formatters.PhoneFormatter" is "(###) ###-####" now.

Expected Results:
The default value of property "formatString" of Class "mx.formatters.PhoneFormatter" should be "(##) #### ####".
