Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. run webtierAutomation tests
a. sync perforce
b. copy webtier.war into \\depot\flex\qa\sdk\dist folder
c. configure build.properties file under \\depot\flex\qa folder to point to sdk.dir
d. cd \\depot\flex\qa\sdk\testsuites\webapps\webtier-qa folder and run
ant -Dfeature=webService webtierAutomation
2. when test is launched, monitor tomcat console log file
it will get java.lang.OutofMemoryError:Java heap space

Expected Results:
no such error as the test works fine until recently. so I assume somewhere we introduce things causes memory usage too high.
