Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a list with data that extends beyond the lists confines.
2. Set horizontalScrollPolicy="auto" and build.
3. (example application attached)

Actual Results: The list does not scroll horizontally.

Expected Results: The list should scroll horizontally.

Workaround (if any): Set hsp="on"
