Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached MovableComponent.mxml.
2. Click on "Move to another window" button
3. Click on ComboBox
Try to move Slider, DividedBox, and scroll by mouse "drag", but not clicking the slider position

Actual Results:
ComboBox is not working.
Mouse "drag" is not working on slider, dividedbox and scroll.

Expected Results:
Mouse drag and combobox should work.
