Both DataGroup and SkinnableDataContainer have the ability to use itemRenderers, yet they can not be both cast to something (a class or interface) that exposes those API elements.

It would be nice for Data components to implement an interface containing the following items:

dataProvider : IList
itemRenderer : IFactory
itemRendererFunction : Function
typicalItem : Object
