Description

Steps to reproduce:
(In SDK 10118, haven't checked 10250)
1. Look at metadata for Spark ButtonBar and MX ButtonBar
2.

Actual Results: says Spark should be hidden and MX shown, this means in FB code hints that s:ButtonBar is grayed out and mx:ButtonBar is "recommended"

Expected Results: we should reverse it now that Spark ButtonBar can work with MX Viewstacks
