Description

Found in 4.0.0.10096 (seems related to Glenn's styles changes)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached MXML file.
2. Toggle CheckBox a couple times.

Actual Results:
Flex 3.4 had a black video background color.
Flex 4.0 has a white video background color.

Expected Results:
Video background should be black to match old behavior.
