Steps to reproduce:
The default value of property "timeOfDay" of the Class "DateBase" should be ["上午", "下午"] with local zh_CN.

Actual Results:
The default value of property "timeOfDay" of the Class "DateBase" is ["AM", "PM"] with local zh_CN now.

Expected Results:
The default value of property "timeOfDay" of the Class "DateBase" should be ["上午", "下午"] with local zh_CN.
