Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile an application
2. get that error right when it starts loading

Actual Results:
"Could not find compiled resource bundle '" + bundleName +
"' for locale '" + locale + "'.");

Expected Results:
Resources should be compiled, but it doesn't look like they're being compiled in the latest svn build.

none.
