Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached SWF or compile and run the attached MXML file (.png file must be present in same directory if compiling)

Actual Results:
When a backgroundImage is included in a Border with a large borderWeight and borderAlpha set, the borderAlpha is not applied to the entire border

Expected Results:
Entire border should get the borderAlpha

Workaround (if any):
