Steps to reproduce:
1.Run mxmlcunit.
2.Compile atEmbed/IMG_neg_mxml/NotFound_View_neg_Test.mxml

Actual Results:
The String "" Unable to transcode ../images/foo."" is not translated.

Expected Results:
It should be translated.
