Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached RendererState.mxml (Need StateRenderer.mxml, too)
2. Highlight the "State:Arkansas" as "step1.jpg".
3. Use the mouse wheel, mouse wheel scroll down just enough to hide highlighted "State:Arkansas".

Actual Results:
The highlight has moved to "State:Idaho".

Expected Results:
It should not move the highlight.
