Steps to reproduce:
1. Create A Path
2. Set path.data = "M 0 0 L 75 0 L 75 127.19999999999999 L 3.196222583476404e-15 127.19999999999999 L 0 0"

Actual Results:
Scientific notation value is parsed Incorrectly

Expected Results:
Scientific notation value is parsed correctly
