Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile & run:

<mx:Button click="cb.enabled=!cb.enabled"/>

2. Toggle the checkbox enabled

Actual Results:
Checkbox never gets enabled visually even though you can select the checkbox and the text color turns back to black

Expected Results:
Checkbox should get enabled visually
