[FLEX-20506] Deeplinking Does NOT work for IE 7 browser. It Only wokrs for Firefox

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Tried various examples of Deep linking (form the web) and none of the examples work on IE 7.. They ONLY work on Firefox.
2. Tried examples from the following sites:- http://labs.adobe.com/wiki/index.php/Flex_3:Feature_Introductions:_Deep_Linking
3.http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/communityengine/index.cfm?event=showdetails&productId=2&postId=9563

Actual Results: Does NOT Work for IE 7. Clicking the browser back button goes back the web page prior to the Flex application, not the previous Flex View(on the View Stack)

Expected Results: Should go back to the previous View stack on the Flex page

Workaround (if any): not that i know of..
