Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. open http://91.121.134.183/adobe_bug/tree/original
2. click on the 2nd vertical tab (written "Ma bibliotheque")
3. try to drag a leaf or a branch inside a closed branch

Actual Results:
it is not possible to drag a leaf or a branch inside a closed branch

Expected Results:
we should be able to drag into branches wheter they are expanded or not.
I've already developped a fix to correct this problem and I can provide it to Adobe if accepted (I've modified the Tree element in the SDK).
