Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://livedocs.adobe.com/flex/3/langref/mx/logging/targets/MiniDebugTarget.html

Actual Results:
MiniDebugTarget class shows up in ASDoc.

Expected Results:
MiniDebugTarget class should be removed from SDK.

Current suggestion is to use this in a sample application instead to show how to build a mini debugger using a local connection (rather than ship in the framework). Maybe as a cookbook entry.
