Description

Found in 4.0.0.8520 (thanks to Corey)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached .MXML file.
2. Note that the controls don't match their FormItem label positions.

Actual Results:
FormItem labels aren't correctly aligned with their respective Spark controls.

Expected Results:
"Get in line"

Workaround (if any):
(a) Dont use creationComplete. Use rollOver or applicationComplete event.
(b) Use Halo controls, those seem to position correctly.
