Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Try to set the width of a WindowedApplication to less than 123 and the height less than 34.

Actual Results:
123 is the narrowest it will go.
34 is the shortest it will go.

Expected Results:
To be able to reduce it to zero, or maybe 2 because of the border.

Workaround (if any):
