Description

Found in trunk 8448.
I think it's measuring the initial visible items and clipping there, which is messing up later when i have larger items in my DataGroup data provider.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached MXML file.
2. Click the button.

Actual Results:
Note that after hitting the button the bottom text field is clipped oddly

Expected Results:
The DataGroup should resize itself to display the current items in it's viewport.
