Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run attached SWF file
2. Close the Alert
2. Click addElementAt 0
3. Close the Alert
4. Click addElementAt 0 again

Actual Results:

updateComplete isn't fired after adding the second element.

Expected Results:

updateComplete should be fired after adding each element.

Workaround (if any):
