Steps to reproduce:
Default short of DayName should be "D,S,T,Q,Q,S,S" with local pt_BR.

Actual Results:
Default short of DayName is "S,M,T,W,T,F,S" now.

Expected Results:
Short of DayName should be "D,S,T,Q,Q,S,S".
