Steps to reproduce:
Default property alignSymbol of Class "mx.formatters.CurrencyFormatter" and "mx.validators.CurrencyValidator" should be "right" with local fr_FR.

Actual Results:
Default property alignSymbol of Class "mx.formatters.CurrencyFormatter" and "mx.validators.CurrencyValidator" is "left".

Expected Results:
Default property alignSymbol of Class "mx.formatters.CurrencyFormatter" and "mx.validators.CurrencyValidator" should be "right".
