Description

It seems very counter intuitive to me to have this prop set to false by default.

In mx it was always set to true (clipContent), and devs will be used to this.

If i set a components height to 100, I would expect it and its contents to look 100 in height by default. With this property set to false, none of the content is cropped and therefore its highly likely to look a lot bigger than the size it was set to.
