Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.run attached file
2.Click "Vertical Layout" button
3.Click "skin" button
4.Click "Add data" button
Actual Results:
layout is vertical

Expected Results:
skin has horizontal layout specified

Workaround (if any):
reset layout to horizontal
