Steps to reproduce:
1. http://river:81/flex_gumbo_newcompiler/standalone/langref/spark/components/TextArea.html
2. The following APIs need a basic description from dev:
3. TextArea: heightInLines, widthInChars, getFormatOfRange(), setFormatOfRange
4. TextInput: widthInChars

Actual Results:
" Documentation is not currently available"

Expected Results:
Basic documentation. Dev needs to provide the basic description, then Docs will go in and review/enhance as needed.
Please assign to Gordon to provide basic description, then to Randy.
