Description

As part of bug SDK-20269, FlashComponentPlaceholder and FlashContainerPlaceholder were edited to add ExcludeClass metadata to them. Now none of the Flash Integration features work in Flex Builder because we can no longer instantiate them.

MyFlexContentHolder and FlexContentHolder can have ExcludeClass but not the 2 placeholder ones that we use in FB.
