Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. create a hslider with a large (10 pixel wide) thumb
2. slide thumb forward then in the same mouse action slide it back
3. release mouse

Actual Results:
slider value of 1-5

Expected Results:
slider value of 0

Workaround (if any):
move thumb a second time as long as there is no forward motion it will return to zero as expected.
