Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached SWF or compile and run the attached MXML file
2. Use the mouse to click the NumericStepper increment button
3. Press Tab to change focus to the button

Actual Results:
Cursor remains in NumericStepper textDisplay and continues to blink

Expected Results:
Cursor should go away when focus is changed
