Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the MXP file at revision 7765 (flex/sdk/trunk/frameworks/flash-integration/FlexComponentKit.mxp)
2. Install this MXP file
3. Restart Flash IDE
4. Create a new FLA file
5. Add a rectangle to the stage, convert it to a symbol
6. Convert that symbol to a Flex Component
7. Save the FLA
8. Try publishing via File > Publish

Actual Results:

A compile error:
1046: Type was not found or was not a compile-time constant: [flashx.textLayout.compose]::ITextLineCreator.
