[FLEX-19772] None explanatory 'component' package

Description

Where have the package names gone. All spark components seem to be bundles on 'spark.components'. I much preferred the old 'controls' and 'containers' packages to break down the components into their respected types.

Can we have then back, i.e.

spark.controls.HScrollBar
spark.containers.HGroup

instead of the current

spark.components.HScrollBar
spark. components.HGroup
