The default value of property "decimalSeparatorFrom" , "decimalSeparatorTo" and "decimalSeparator" of Class "mx.formatters.NumberFormatter" should be "," with local pt_BR.

Actual Results:
The default value of property "decimalSeparatorFrom" , "decimalSeparatorTo" and "decimalSeparator" of Class "mx.formatters.NumberFormatter" is "." now.

Expected Results:
The default value of property "decimalSeparatorFrom" , "decimalSeparatorTo" and "decimalSeparator" of Class "mx.formatters.NumberFormatter" should be ",".
