Description

Steps to reproduce:
In APE,
1. Drag item from a List or DataGrid to dropbox with dragMoveEnabled="true"
2. Drag item from a Tree to dropbox

Actual Results:
For #1, moves item from List or Datagrid to dropbox
For #2, moves item from Tree to dropbox

Expected Results:
For #1, does copy instead of move
For #2, does not move or copy item from Tree, doesn't drag anything over

Workaround (if any):
Modify source for SystemManager.as to make it work as desired
