Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Look at the titleBar in the Spark application on the left of the screenshot.

Actual Results:
titleBar font is really small compared to what it was in Halo

Expected Results:
titleBar font should be a little bigger. The statusBar font for the Spark skin looks closer to the Halo one than the titleBar. (see other attached screenshot)
