PROBLEM
BLOCKER - Drag and drop broken within GB. After first few operations, d-n-d stops working, WB becomes non-responsive
After the first few dnd actions, dnd stops working altogether (this includes dnd from the Data model to the canvas or to the properties page, dnd on the canvas, and dnd within the guide tree), and WB becomes non-responsive.
It's easier to reproduce in our Workbench application, and happens pretty frequently. I've attached a sample that illustrates this in APERefApp, a little harder to reproduce, but still reproducible.
METHOD:
1. Launch APERefApp.exe
2. Open FlexAIRSecNativeDragTest.swf
3. Click on the button
4. Two pop-up windows come up. You may need to resize both to display 1,2,3,4,5 in a vertical tree list
5. Drag a number from one window to the other, and then release the mouse. And drag a number back from one window to the other and release the mouse. The window does not show a visible change.
6. If you keep dragging a number from one window and dropping it in the other, at a fast speed, eventually the drag does not work any more. You won't see the image of the number in drag.
From our trace logs, we notice sometimes mouse down happens, but no click event.
RESULT:
Keep doing Drag and drop between the two windows eventually causes future drags to not work and hang.
EXPECTED:
Drag and drop always works
