1.Run mxmlcunit.
2.Compile warnings/warningDefault.mxml

Actual Results:
The String "" function 'foo' will be scoped to the default namespace: warningDefault: internal. It will not be visible outside of this package."" is not translated.

Expected Results:
It should be translated.
