Steps to reproduce:
1.Run mxmlcunit.
2.Compile Compiler/errors/compiler/common/ConfigurationException_DirectoryNotEmpty.mxml

Actual Results:
The String " directory '../common/' is not empty""" is not translated.

Expected Results:
It should be translated.
