Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached app
2. Click the button
(note: click the red area in the popup to close it when you're done)

Actual Results:
Popup window is 34 px tall, with a blank strip beneath the 20 px tall red area.
Alert in main window says "min height = 34 / 34"

Expected Results:
Popup window is 20 px tall, as set in the code.
Alert in main window says "min height = 1 / 1", as set in the code.

Workaround (if any):
