Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an AIR application
2. Export Release Version with View Source
3. Debug
4. Right-click and view source
5. Open the src folder
6. View the app.xml file

Actual Results:
Notice the scrollbars do not draw correctly, until you hover over where the scrollbar should be.

Expected Results:
Scrollbars should draw correctly
